Claims Recruitment Services and our sister company Eden James Consulting are the leading providers of bespoke insurance recruitment services to the London and UK regional insurance markets.

We are a small and niche specialist search recruitment agency with a strong entrepreneurial spirit which has built up an excellent reputation in the market over the last 8 years as market leaders in our given specialism.

We are looking for a highly ambitious graduate to join our team in Southsea, Hampshire.

The role & responsibilities with training will include :

  • Carrying out thorough, methodical and extensive market research on insurance professionals and businesses.
  • Working within specified vacancy briefs from clients, creating clear and concise reports on talent pools.
  • Assisting our Director and Associate Director in carrying out recruitment campaigns for some of the most prestigious insurance companies in the UK.
  • Training and developing knowledge of Executive Search recruitment techniques, the insurance industry and recruitment process.
  • Regularly studying the insurance industry, keeping up to date on topics, trends and movements within the market place.
  • Working closely with our Operations Manager to market the business online.
  • Developing expertise of the LinkedIn Recruiter tool to ensure relevant profiles are engaged with the business.

Key Requirements

  • High attention to detail and good research/report writing skills.
  • Experience in a research, consulting, marketing or sales based role within any industry, but preferably financial services related.
  • Experience within recruitment/talent acquisition/resourcing/insurance would be highly beneficial.
  • Career driven, ambitious and motivated, with a clear aim of being successful in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Keen eye for detail, ability to analyse data quickly and make snap judgements on the relevance of that data to the task at hand.
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft packages. Previous experience of using recruitment databases is preferred but not essential.

Remuneration

  • Basic salary £25,000 depending on experience (1st year OTE up to £30,000)
