The Successful Applicant : A successful Resourcing Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in an HR or recruitment role.

  • Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
