About the role This friendly and vibrant school are looking to appoint a teaching assistant on a temporary basis with potential for permanent work. It is an exciting time for this expanding school who are aiming to become a Centre of Excellence for the south of Wiltshire. Working in this school as part of a supportive and caring team, the desired teaching assistant will be supporting children with a range of different needs. In this highly rewarding role, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with individual pupils and groups. This School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to play their part in taking the school from 'Good' to 'Outstanding'. They are a forward thinking setting with a range of resources including a sensory room and hydrotherapy pool. The desired teaching assistant will be supporting children with a range of different needs in small sized classes. There is plenty of opportunity for this to turn into a permanent position. Requirements The ideal Teaching Assistant will: Be passionate, proactive and dedicated about improving learning for children. Have the ability to work with a range of children with additional and complex needs. Be a team player who can build good working relationships with colleagues. Be flexible, enthusiastic and resilient.
