As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and tactical marketing efforts, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy.Produce engaging and innovative content across various channels, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media, targeting our client's core business sectors and desired audience personas.Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.Take ownership of the campaign calendar, utilising data-driven audience segmentation and managing content distribution to maximise reach and frequency.Maintain and update the organisation's website to ensure it reflects the current marketing and sales goals.Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows with a focus on budget allocation and achieving a high return on investment.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying close attention to detail.Requirements:A proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques and campaign management.Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation and make a significant impact on their marketing efforts.
