Primary Responsibilities : Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities including traveling to key maritime locations (UK & abroad).
Increasing the value of current customers through face-to-face meetings.
Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Draw up customer contracts.
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry.
Attending conferences and industry events.
