Job Introduction I am a young man in my 20’s and following a significant period of time in hospital, I am now living in the community in my own home. I need my support team to provide opportunities for me to be involved in a greater range of activities that will enhancemy life and further develop my independence and remain safe. Also to continuing to help me develop ways to manage my rituals i.e. relaxation and exercise, I enjoy swimming, Rugby, using the gym and sometimes cooking

I need you to be calming, patient, positive and caring as I can be quite solitary and spend most of my time based in my bedroom. My ritualistic behaviours can prevent me from responding spontaneously and therefore this hinders me when interacting with others.?

I require you to have experience working with and understanding the Positive Behavioural Support Model and use proactive strategies to effectively support me in staying safe. I require an individualised support package to maintain my wellbeing in the community.

Consistency and a structured routine with a familiar support team who are caring and understand my uniqueness and can respond to my needs is important to me.
