Supply Chain Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an online retail company, with the appointment of a Supply Chain Coordinator.The successful candidate will be tasked with the planning and purchasing of products across suppliers in line with the supply chain team objective; working to achieve KPI’s and proactively looking at ways in which to improving the supply chain efficiencies.You Will Be:Optimise stock ordering in line with budgets, to minimise out of stocks and overstocks whilst maintaining fill rate & stock turnTake ownership of a set SKU profile; using external software to help forecast purchasing requirements and prevent any ongoing supply issuesUse sales data to identify trends and changes in the usual demand profilesAssist the Senior Demand Planner to drive improvement in forecast accuracyManage supplier relationships, measure their performance and report accordinglyMonitor, investigate and resolve adjustments and reconciliationsManage incoming enquiries related to stock availability and work cross-functionally to assist with providing an exceptional customer experience to all internal customersUse initiative to actively resolve underlying issues and seek to change current processesYou Will Need:Experience within a Supply Chain or Purchasing role desirableExperience within Microsoft ExcelThe ability to demonstrate an excellent numeric abilityA proactive, 'can do' attitudeThe ability to demonstrate excellent written and communication skillsThe ability to provide excellent attention to detailBenefits:Free onsite parking1 day working from home after successful completion of probationLovely offices based in North BristolHours: Monday – Friday, full timeSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
