I'm currently working alongside a well-known brand in the medical industry, on the lookout for 1st Line Technicians. The IT team is made up of eight 1st Line, four 2nd Line and a couple of 3rd line Technicians, all reporting to the IT Helpdesk Supervisor. Notonly does my client pride themselves on their training and development of employees, but they have also spent millions investing into technology, keeping them up to date. You will be providing remote support to end users and face to face support to your colleagues in the support centre, ensuring all calls are logged accurately. Working collaboratively with other areas of the IT Department, you'll be responsible for identifyingand resolving hardware and software related problems, escalating where necessary. Previous experience in the IT Helpdesk environment, working with Windows Vista 7/8 and Microsoft Office products is required. Like to hear more?
