Mentor and support our ETL developers in their transition to IDMC. Help with the ETL code conversion from legacy Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC; Help with ETL processes optimization and propose and implement technical solutions whenever Powercenter code is not supported in IDMC; Be the main support point for any issues faced by the team which requires advanced IDMC knowledge. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed. Experience and Skill Set Requirements Informatica (10 years) and AWS (5 years) experience 50 points Design build and tune ETL/ELT solutions onpremises (Informatica Powercenter) and oncloud (Informatica IDMC). Informatica transformations mappings and workflows. Migrate ETL workloads form onpremises to public cloud (AWS). Scripting languages (Python Linux shell). ETL processes automation and orchestration AWS services (S3 Athena Lambda Glue AppFlow Step Functions CloudWatch etc). Database/Data warehouse (10 years) 30 points Relational database design and optimization experience. Security controls to safeguard sensitive data (PI and PHI). Query tunning. Dimensional data modelling for data warehousing. Advanced SQL and PLSQL (or equivalent). General Skills 15 points Leadership skills with ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Exceptional analytical problem solving and decisionmaking skills. Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking experience. Public Sector/Healthcare Experience 5 points Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar) processes and practices and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices. Knowledge of industry standard such as Project Management Institute (PMI) and Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of Ministry policy and IT project approval processes and requirements. Experience with large complex IT Healthrelated projects.
