We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator to join our busy Facilities Helpdesk team at MyDentist Located full-time Monday - Friday in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) with on-site parking and canteen facilities Supervising a team of Helpdesk Coordinators A great role for someone looking to expand or grow their career within a customer service or facilities management role What is the role? To minimise service disruption by providing cover when required for the Helpdesk, assigning work orders to the designated contractor, and resolve escalations Line manage a team of coordinators, conduct 1:1’s, coach and support with team training, report and record sickness and holidays Approve work up to £2,000 in line with internal policy and proceduresEnsure daily call handling KPIs are maintained Reinforce training processes for new and existing team membersUpdate all helpdesk processes regularly to promote one way of workingImplement solutions to deliver excellence and ensure the customer is the main business focus i.e., making things happen/solving problemsWork closely with stakeholders of the business I would be great at that!
