About the role:  We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager who has excellent leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for delivering high-quality delicious food. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store on the glorious Gloucester Rd. Key responsibilities include:  Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including cash handling, inventory and team member management. Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching a customer-focused team, delegating responsibilities efficiently, and promote collaboration. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, including training the team to prioritise customer experience, and address feedback promptly to enhance the customers experience. Aid in monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and controlling costs to achieve targets and minimise waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and promote food safety practices to maintain a safe work environment.
