This varied and busy role will support a small team on various projects doing Administrative tasks.

Client Details

The client is a medium sized International business who provide business and professional services to Blue chip businesses.

Description

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to-- Provide full Administrative support for Projects/ Event

  • Typing, proof reading, production, printing, photocopying collation of documents, reports and letters
  • Scanning, filing and retrieving of documents, assessment reports and training materials
  • Assist in the compilation/formatting of proposal documents and tenders for Business Development, pitches and maintaining documentation on the network
  • Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers and check corresponding supplier invoices
  • Produce and distribute the Weekly Team Diary
  • Attend team meetings, take minutes and distribute
