Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day to day total facilities management across the building, including common areas and plant rooms;
- Setting and managing service charge budgets;
- Ensuring compliance with UK H&S legislative requirements;
- Managing the maintenance of the building plant and fabric on a planned and reactive basis;
- Leading the on-site team of external suppliers for both hard and soft services;
- Building lasting working relationships with tenants.
