Role: Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) Location: Enfield Term – Long Term – Full Time – Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm Pay: £150 to £200 P/D (Depending Upon Experience) Protocol Education are seeking an experienced Educational  Speech and Language Therapist (SALT)  to join a dynamic school team, providing vital support to our client mainstream school . Someone Willing and able to travel to the school in the Ponders end area. Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management:  Independently manage a caseload of early years students, delivering tailored speech and language therapy to address their unique communication needs. Therapy Sessions:  Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, aligning interventions with students' specific requirements. Multidisciplinary Collaboration:  Act as the SALT representative in multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic student support. School Vision : Embrace and promote the school's values and vision in all aspects of your work. EHCPs : Possess a strong understanding of Education, Health, Care Plans (EHCPs) and actively contribute to their development and implementation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC in the UK). Clinical experience in speech and language therapy, particularly in an educational context. Proficiency in relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
