Role : Airframe Fitter

  • Location :Hyde
  • Salary : Negotiable depending on experience
  • Hours :8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays

Duties as Airframe Fitter will include but not be limited to :

  • Assisting in the assembly of products
  • Working with various metallic structures
  • Handling a range of hand and power tools
  • Ability to work from and understand technical drawings
  • Taking part in riveting, countersinking, fitting helicoils/bushes etc and milling
  • Dealing with maintenance, repair and modifications

The successful Airframe Fitter will possess the following skills :

  • Must have experience in structural assembly/fitting within the aerospace industry
  • Time served mechanical fitter
  • City and Guilds or equivalent
  • Ability to work to tight tolerance
