Job Summary : As a member of our hospitality team at Kingsholm your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests during matches and other events. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high quality drinks service, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
• Serve drinks to guests according to our high service standards.
• Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the stadium, events and services.
• Keep work areas clean and well-organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
• Set up and break down hospitality areas before and after events.
• Monitor and replenish bar supplies to ensure availability for guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety regulations.
• Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor.
