Insurance Claims Handler

Immediate interviews - Clark James Insurance Recruitment are looking for applicants with a good knowledge and understanding of the Insurance claims process from FNOL to settlement. This is a particularly varied and customer focused role asyou will be looking after long term loyal clients covering both household/property and motor Insurance claims.

The company are just outside Tunbridge Wells and their location means you will need to be a driver with your own transport rather than relying on public transport.

Role and responsibilities

• Administer customers' claims on a day to day basis.
• Uploading customer and claims related correspondence, both internal & incoming onto the office computer system.
• Registering new claims.
• Returning telephone calls, as instructed.
• Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties where required, to progress clients' claims.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and TCF.
