Key Responsibilities: Assisting with bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate financial records for clients. Processing invoices, expenses, and payments promptly and accurately. Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Liaising with clients and internal team members to address queries and provide support as needed. Assisting with payroll processing and related tasks. Contributing to the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory compliance activities. Keeping up-to-date with the latest accounting principles and regulations. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: AAT Level 3 and above At least 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
